Winter Truffle (Tuber Brumale)

ingredients: Tuber Brumale
Appearance: dark skin with white and brown streaks
Place of growth: Asia and Europe such as Iran, France, Spain and Italy, etc.
Uses: Unique aroma and flavor added to luxury foods

Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum)

Scientific name: Tuber Aestivum/Vittad
Appearance: The external is black in colour with an alligator skin texture. It’s also larger than other truffles. The gleba is a bit lighter than other truffles with a nut-like flesh and yellowish tones, crossed branches of white veins
Place of growth: Mostly in forests of northern Europe.
Uses: Usually they are added to luxury foods such as pasta, sauces and hot dishes such as soups and stews.
Taste and smell: They have a rich flavour with hazelnuts, earthiness, vanilla and chocolate.

Smooth Black Truffle (Tuber Macrosporum)

Scientific name: Tuber Macrosporum (Black Winter Truffle)
Appearance: In external is hypogeous, subglobose or irregular in form, reddish brown to blackish. Flattened, ridged meandering
Place of growth: Groes in limestone soils near the roots of several trees such as Willow, Hazels, Oaks and lindens
Uses: sauce, soup, special salad
Taste and smell: strong aroma like garlic
